Cleaning-up Wall and Roof Intersections

The connections between walls and roofs can become very complex

A number of commands can help to edit walls or roofs to clean up the intersections

Attaching Walls to Roofs

The walls will not automatically attach to the roof

Select the wall

Modify Wall panel > Attach Top/ Base

Select the roof

Join Geometry

When roof overlap roof or wall, wall overlap floor

Floor slabs that extend to the balconies are not joined to the walls

Select the wall
Geometry panel > Join - Join Geometry

Select the floor

Joining Roof

Join an extruded roof to another roof

Geometry panel > Join/ Unjoin Geometry

Select the edge of the curve roof

Select the other roof
