Schedule - View

Schedule extract information from a project and display it in table form
Like doors, windows, walls, rooms and other elements
They gather property information from doors, windows, walls, rooms and other elements

Each schedule is stored as a separate view and can be placed on sheet
Any changes make to the project that affect the schedules are automatically updated in both views and sheets

Creating Door Schedule for 1st & 2nd Floor only

View tab > Create panel > Schedules - Schedule/Quantities

Category: Doors
Name: Door Schedules - 1st & 2nd Floors

Add the following fields:
Mark, Width, Height, Thickness, Frame Type, Frame Material, Fire Rating

Filter by: Mark, is less than or equal to, 232 (last door number of 2nd floor)

Sort by: Mark, Ascending

Modify the Schedule

Insyance Properties - Sorting/Grouping, click Edit

Check the Grand Totals

Add Schedule to Sheet

Project Browse - Sheets (all) - A8.1 - Schedule

Drag & drop the Door Schedule on the sheet
